What is Stafit store location? What are the opening hours?

Stafit store is located in Tallinn at Katusepapi str. 20. We are open on weekdays Mon-Fri from 8:00 to 17:00, we are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Are the prices on the website with or without VAT?

All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include 20% VAT.

What countries do you deliver to?

Currently we are sending orders within Estonia, to Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and other European countries.

How do I order from Stafit?

You can order easily by calling our phone number +372 6217 016, sending us an e-mail to info@stafit.ee, using contact form at our web-site or directly through the e-shop www.stafit.ee. If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, click on the product that you are interested in and add it to the shopping cart. You can check your shopping cart’s contents by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner. You can remove a product from the shopping cart or change the quantity, the shopping cart will be updated. Please select your preferred shipping method, fill in all the necessary fields and pay for the order using a bank link or in case of purchase over 200€, you can also ask for a price offer. After your payment is successfully made, be sure to click on the "Back to Merchant" button. After finalizing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you wish to order our products internationally outside Estonia, select a destination from the list of countries, fill in the required fields and place an order. An email with a prepayment invoice will be sent to your email address. Please note the purchased goods will be reserved only upon receipt of the invoice amount.

How to choose the right size?

To choose the right size, find out your body measurements. You can check all the information about an item’s sizing (according to manufacturer) and recommendations for selecting a size when you click on the "Size Info" button in the detail view of each product.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for the order directly via one of the following bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay. Payment is processed securely via Maksekeskus AS. After making a payment, be sure to click on the "Back to Merchant" button. When ordering internationally outside Estonia, payment can be made via bank transfer based on the prepayment invoice.

What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery within Estonia is free of charge on purchases over 100€. The cost of delivery depends on the shipping method - you can choose the suitable one when finalizing your order:

➢ Omniva courier - 6.00€

➢ SmartPOST parcel machine – 3.60€

➢ DPD Pickup station - 3.60€

➢ DPD courier - 6.00€

➢ Venipak courier – 4.80€

➢ pick-up from the Stafit store (Katusepapi 20, 11412 Tallinn) – free of charge.

When ordering internationally outside Estonia, you can count on the following delivery prices:

As delivery prices to European countries are very different and depend not only on the shipping method, but also on the weight/size of the package, they are calculated individually for each order.

How long will the delivery take?

If you wish to pick up your order from the Stafit store you can receive it during our opening hours on working days Mon-Fri from 8:00 to 17:00 (except public holidays), usually on the same or next working day (unless otherwise specified). Anyway we will send an e-mail confirmation or call you when your order is ready for collection from the store.

When ordering to a parcel machine, the goods will be delivered to the desired destination within 2-7 working days, unless it’s a pre-ordered item. Orders made during the weekend (Friday to Sunday) will reach their destination within 2-7 working days starting from Monday. You will be informed about arrival of your parcel at the parcel machine by SMS and, if possible, by e-mail.

If you choose shipping by courier your order will be delivered directly to the address indicated in the order. Goods purchased from Monday to Friday will be delivered within 2-7 working days on weekdays in the period between 9:00-17:00. Goods purchased on weekends (Friday to Sunday) will arrive within 2-7 working days starting from Monday. Courier will call you ahead and agree on a convenient time of delivery.

All shipments outside of Estonia are guaranteed to arrive at the average within 7-21 calendar days. We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.

What happens if I cannot pick up my order immediately?

If you don’t collect your order from the Stafit store within 14 calendar days or if you don’t pick up your parcel within 7 calendar days from the parcel machine, the contract is considered void. The money paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 calendar days to the same bank account from where the payment was received.

Is there a discount for larger quantities?

We always try to offer our customers best prices. If the total amount of your order exceeds 200€, you may ask for a price quote. In this case, when placing the order, the "Request a quote" button will appear, please enter all the necessary data and submit your price request. Our customer service will contact you at the earliest opportunity. You can also send us an e-mail to info@stafit.ee or use contact form on our website to get a price quote for the desired quantity.

Are there different prices for individuals and companies?

The prices are the same for both. But you can ask for a price quote in case of orders over 200€.

Is it safe to shop at Stafit.ee?

You can be sure that the personal data you enter on our web-site is protected and will be treated in accordance with data protection law. Payments are processed outside the online store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank. Our company does not have access to the customer's bank details.

What to do if ordered product does not fit? How can I return or exchange an item?

After receiving the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days, even if the goods are not defective. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.

NB! Items must be returned in the original packaging with all the tags and labels, unused, unwashed and undamaged in the same conditions in which you received it.

The easiest and fastest way is to go to our store in Tallinn at Katusepapi 20 and return or exchange the item for a suitable one. You can also contact our customer service by phone +372 6217 016 or by e-mail online@stafit.ee. The customer service representative will give you detailed instructions on how the products can be returned or exchanged for another size/color (by arrangement even for another model) using Omniva or SmartPOST parcel machine.

If the customer wants to exercise his 14-day right of withdrawal and does not wish to exchange the item, the purchase amount will be refunded to his bank account immediately, but no later than within 14 days, upon receiving of returned goods.

NB! The purchaser generally bears the cost of returning or exchanging the goods, except in cases of defective or wrong products (non-compliance with the terms of the contract).

What should I do if I have any problem or claim?

How long is the warranty period?

The seller is responsible for the non-compliance with the terms of the contract or defects of the goods, which already existed at the time of delivery and which occur within two years from delivery of goods to the purchaser. Within the first six months of delivery it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the online store´s responsibility to prove otherwise. During the next 18 months, the costs of repairing or replacing the item will be borne by the seller only if the claim was justified by the customer. If a defect occurs, please stop using the product immediately and contact us by your earliest opportunity (but no later than within two months). Claims can only be presented based on the original document certifying the purchase – invoice issued to the customer. Manufacturer’s Warranty of the product covers arising material defects as well as manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of the delivered products or natural wear and tear.
